Emma Kelly is the incredible 'in house' professional chef for Cafe Ole in Alhaurin el Grande.

Emma was pasta chef of the year 2000.

She has a proven track record running various bars and restaurants on the Costa de Sol over the last 8 years. She started in england as a relief manager for 4 years as well as running a Students Venue and Nightclub for a year.

After this Emma ran her own pub for 3 and a half years -
'The Flying Dutchman' in Oulton Broad near Lowestoft.
